Information we collect from this website
When you submit a demo or contact request we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email address, company, industry, number of locations and country — together with anything you choose to write in the free-text field. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a relevant demonstration.
Information in the AI Data service
Where a business uses AI Data, that business decides what information is processed and for what purpose. AI Data is designed to work with operational measurements rather than the identification of individuals: it does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or emotion, age or demographic inference, and audio recording is disabled by default.
How long we keep information
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, and are then deleted. Businesses using the service control retention settings for their own operational data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain uses. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
